B. MU Practice. 12-20 reps

20 min AMRAP
2 Deficit HSPU 1-2"
4 Front Squat 135# (from floor)
6 CTB Pull Up

didn't feel well, really hot, not sweating....  started to warm up to split jerk max, but difficulty putting 135 above head..  stopped training
